Video overview

I ran into an unexpected problem while using the eX-Mars with its spherical parts installed. With the cube in spherical form, the included charging cable interferes with the spherical parts and cannot be connected. At first, I wondered whether I had installed the parts incorrectly and tried several approaches, but nothing worked. I then contacted the official eX-Mars team and was told that the cube cannot be charged while the spherical parts are attached. However, removing the spherical parts every time the cube needs charging is quite inconvenient. So I bought a right-angle charging cable from Amazon and tested it. The right-angle connector avoids the spherical parts and reaches the charging port. The red LED also lit up, confirming that the eX-Mars can be charged without removing the spherical parts.
